Head of Competence Center SAP

As Head of Competence Center SAP, you will be responsible for establishing and strategically developing our competence center for SAP services, as well as continuously expanding our service portfolio in the SAP domain. With your hands-on mentality, you will actively drive the migration to SAP S/4HANA in customer projects and ensure the highest quality standards in other SAP projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Establishment and strategic development of the competence center for SAP services with a focus on designing efficient processes, building data-driven performance management, and creating best practices.
• Ongoing enhancement of our SAP service portfolio, with a focus on pre-sales support and identifying new business opportunities.
• Managing the migration to SAP® S/4HANA while ensuring that all modules adhere to the specified quality benchmarks.
• Managing the coordination of external testing teams while maintaining effective communication with business units, business analysts, and developers.
• Preparation of required test plans and test strategies, along with comprehensive planning, execution, and supervision of all testing operations.
• Guaranteeing appropriate test activities through the implementation of different test methods and stages.
• Developing and optimizing test strategies, including promoting test automation and providing direct project support.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of professional experience in SAP project test management.
• In-depth expertise in SAP modules like FI (Finance), SD (Sales and Distribution), and MM (Materials Management).
• Experienced in working with test tools, including SAP Solution Manager, XRay, and HP-ALM.
• Experience in program and project management.
• High flexibility and a strong willingness to travel to provide optimal on-site support to clients and successfully execute projects.
• Highly customer-oriented mindset, a strong hands-on approach, a sense of responsibility, and attention to detail in work execution.
• Professional appearance, clear communication, and advanced German and English language abilities.
• An ISTQB certification (preferably Advanced Level) is an advantage.
