As a HR Generalist DACH, you will shape the growth of our Shared Service Center in Görlitz and drive efficient, service-driven HR processes across the entire DACH region. You act as the primary contact for employees, people managers and the executive team, leveraging your expertise in transformation projects and in the continuous improvement of our HR processes.

From day one, you contribute your expertise and ideas to the strategic design of our HR processes as we build our Shared Service Center in Görlitz.
You act as a trusted point of contact for our colleagues and take ownership of all administrative HR activities across the DACH region.
Ensuring full compliance with labour law, you prepare and process contract changes, employment confirmations and qualified reference letters and manage both digital and physical personnel files.
Together with our external payroll providers in the DACH region, you manage the monthly pre- and post-payroll activities and coordinate with contacts at health insurance funds, public authorities and training providers.
You oversee our day-to-day absence management, prepare HR reports and statistics and support the annual performance review process.
You manage recruitment for our Görlitz site, coordinate interviews and are responsible for creating offers and employment contracts.
In close collaboration with our Apprenticeship Manager, you also handle the recruitment and administration of apprentices, working students, trainees and participants in retraining programmes.
You have a strong track record in generalist HR administration for teams across multiple locations and work confidently with modern HR systems and tools.
Thanks to your empathy and strong interpersonal skills, you quickly build trust and are seen as a valued sparring partner and coach for our people.
You combine solid labour and tax law expertise with a sharp eye for detail and a clear drive to actively shape transformation and change.
You work proactively, quickly get up to speed on new topics and consistently focus on high-quality outcomes and excellent service.
You are a communicative, dependable and appreciative team player who enjoys working in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
Very good German skills (C1) and a confident, professional communication style complete your profile.
