You drive strategic test management, including process improvements.
In the overall approach, you handle cross-process alignment, for example with release management and requirements management.
In addition to managing multiple test projects in parallel, you are responsible for defining an overarching test strategy.
The success of all test activities falls within your area of responsibility.
You manage successful client relationships and support our pre-sales activities.
With your expertise, you act as a mentor for colleagues.
Strong client and service orientation and confident communication at all levels up to C-level are among your strengths.
Your expertise includes 7 years in software testing in a responsible test manager role.
Leading and coaching project teams are familiar territory.
In addition, you bring experience in growing client relationships and in sales.
You have solid domain knowledge in banking and/or insurance.
Your expert knowledge of processes, methods, software development and project management (fundamental test process, error management, Scrum) guarantees your success.
You stay composed in critical project situations.

With business fluent German language skills (C1) and ISTQB certification, you fulfil two key requirements for a successful start with us.
