As a Office Manager, you are the heart of our Vienna office, using your strong organizational skills and open personality to make sure guests and colleagues feel welcome and well supported every day. The minimum gross monthly salary for this role under the IT collective agreement is € 1236.50 Your actual compensation will be defined jointly, depending on your qualifications and experience.

 

 

 

These tasks await you with us:

 

  • You are responsible for all office and organizational activities in our Vienna office and make sure that day-to-day operations run smoothly, from the finer details to the overall coordination.
  • You are the friendly face at reception, welcoming our guests, acting as the first point of contact on site and ensuring that meetings are professionally set up and followed up.
  • You manage the ordering and administration of office supplies and consumables and work closely with our MarCom team on the coordination and procurement of merchandise items.
  • You design, plan and organize our internal events, including Christmas parties, summer celebrations, internal gatherings and employee trainings, and turn them into memorable experiences.
  • In close collaboration with HR, you help prepare and coordinate the onboarding of new colleagues and ensure they have a smooth and welcoming start.
  • When needed, you support the teams in Controlling and order processing, helping to keep our administrative processes stable and reliable.
