As a Recruiting & HR Generalist DACH, you are the driving force behind attracting exceptional talent for our teams in the German-speaking market. With your expert use of advanced tools, creative outreach strategies, and personalized support throughout the hiring process, you bring fresh perspectives to recruiting and inspire candidates with your deep understanding of human potential. You also take an active role in supporting our HR Admin team with the care of our Austrian and Swiss employees. Your empathy and drive to help shape transformation within HR are key strengths you bring to the team.

These tasks await you with us:


  • You identify the right talent and create innovative outreach strategies to push the boundaries of active sourcing.

  • As the first touchpoint for candidates, you expertly manage and nurture our recruiting platforms, including LinkedIn, JOIN, and Instaffo.

  • You streamline the candidate selection process, coordinate interviews, and work closely with key departments across the DACH region.

  • In collaboration with the team, you continuously refine our active sourcing techniques and contribute your ideas to projects aimed at enhancing our recruiting strategies.
  • Additionally, you play a key role in crafting compelling job offers and contract documents, while providing valuable insights for our KPI reporting.

  • You provide trusted advice and support to our colleagues while managing key HR administration tasks for Austria and Switzerland.
  • In close partnership with our MarCom team, you develop engaging content for employer branding campaigns and actively contribute to our social media presence.
