You understand business needs and can assess the benefits for our customers. You have the ability to interpret these needs into IT solutions within an organization. As a consultant working with our clients, it's essential that you are proactive and a "doer" who ensures that things get done.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Requirements Analyst, you are adept at gathering detailed business requirements through meetings and interviews with stakeholders. You have a knack for documenting these requirements clearly into specifications, user stories, and use cases. Your ability to analyze and prioritize requirements allows you to assess viability and business impact effectively. Acting as a connection between stakeholders, you ensure clear communication and a shared understanding of requirements.
You manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle, keeping all parties updated and supporting development and testing teams by clarifying requirements and resolving issues.
You participate in quality assurance activities to ensure that the final solution meets business needs, and assist in creating user manuals and training materials. Your commitment to continuous improvement drives you to enhance the requirements gathering and analysis process, aligning with industry best practices.
We highly value personal qualities such as cooperation, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility. It's also crucial that our consultants maintain a professional and business-oriented approach when interacting with customers.
