As a Senior Consultant Cybersecurity & Presales, you combine technical expertise with a strong sense for sales. You provide strategic guidance to clients, actively support the sales cycle, and take a leading role in growing and anchoring our cybersecurity business in Southern Germany.

 

 

Our cybersecurity division is in strategic development – with the goal of becoming a leading consulting provider for digital resilience in the DACH region within a few years.  Now is your chance to actively shape this growth – technically, structurally, and operationally. As the business grows, so will your role, with a clear path toward leadership.

 

 

These tasks await you with us:

 

  • You work closely with sales in the presales phase – identifying customer needs, crafting tailored solution concepts, and presenting them directly to the client.
  • You apply your expertise in GRC, secure software development (SDLC), or offensive security to client projects – always focused on delivering long-term value.
  • You design new offer structures, build reusable assets, and continuously improve the efficiency and quality of our proposal process.
  • Working hand in hand with sales, you use existing relationships and your cybersecurity network to drive targeted growth in Southern Germany and build strong client references in the German market
  • You actively shape our team growth in Southern Germany by recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring new colleagues.
  • As a link between Germany and Switzerland, you work closely with the management team in Zurich on strategic market development.
  • You showcase our expertise at industry conferences, webinars, and hands-on client workshops.
  • You collaborate with our MarCom team to create impactful website and social media content – shaping our cybersecurity brand.

 

 

 

HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE YOUR STRENGTHS WITH US:

 

  • You have several years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or in technical presales within the security landscape.
  • You bring deep knowledge in at least one key area – whether it’s GRC, penetration testing, secure software development (SDLC), DevSecOps, or cloud security.
  • With excellent communication and negotiation skills and a strong client focus, you’re a trusted and dependable partner for customers and colleagues alike.
  • You’re well connected in the German security landscape and know how to activate your network strategically to drive business and acquire new projects.
  • With a strong track record in working with enterprises and mid-sized firms, you speak your clients’ language and act as a trusted advisor on equal footing.
  • Traveling is part of your rhythm – you enjoy being on the road and meeting clients face to face (~20–30 %).
  • You speak fluent German (C1) and are confident communicating in business-level English.
