As a Senior Sales Manager Quality Assurance, you take responsibility for building and growing our client base in software testing, test automation and QA consulting, develop strong relationships at C-level in the financial services and insurance sectors, and position our service portfolio to directly drive the growth of our Swiss team.

• You actively approach companies in the financial services and insurance sectors and develop new client relationships in quality assurance.

  Your area of responsibility includes designing a viable go-to-market strategy and executing it decisively.
• With a sharp understanding of relevant markets and decision-makers, you identify new leads and turn them into qualified sales opportunities.
• You monitor market trends, competitor activity and technology developments and derive concrete sales approaches from them.
• With CRM, networking, events and social selling, you build a sustainable sales funnel.
• You analyse client needs, present suitable solutions, prepare proposals and negotiate successfully.
• At trade fairs, conferences and industry events, you represent our company.
• By working closely with business development, marketing and other stakeholders, you scale successes together.

The strengths you can bring to us

• You bring several years of sales experience and have a proven record of winning new clients in IT services, ideally in the pre-selling of quality assurance topics.

•  

  A track record in the financial services and insurance sectors, evidenced in the CRM, rounds out your profile.
• In addition, you bring a strong understanding of selling complex B2B services and operate confidently at decision-maker level.
• You act with a client focus and a hands-on attitude, take ownership and approach tasks in a structured and conscientious way.
• Working professionally with MS Office and CRM systems is a key part of your day-to-day work.
• Your trolley is always ready to roll, and you are happy to use it regularly for business trips.
• With very good German language skills (C1) and business fluent English, you fulfil two key requirements for a successful start with us.
