Senior Sales Manager Quality Assurance & Cybersecurity

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you drive the strategic growth of our client base in the fields of QA (including software testing, test automation, QA consulting) and cybersecurity services (security advisory, offensive security, secure SDLC). By positioning our offerings with key decision-makers, you directly contribute to business expansion in Switzerland and Germany.

These tasks await you with us:

 

  • You target medium-sized and enterprise clients to build strong customer relationships in QA and cybersecurity

  • You develop and execute a clear go-to-market strategy tailored to our service offerings

  • With a sharp understanding of market dynamics and decision-makers, you turn leads into qualified sales opportunities

  • You monitor market trends, competitor activity, and tech developments to identify and act on new sales potentials

  • You leverage CRM tools, networking, events, and social selling to build a healthy, scalable sales pipeline

  • You assess customer needs, pitch tailored solutions, create compelling proposals, and close deals

  • You represent our brand at industry fairs, conferences, and relevant networking events

  • You collaborate closely with business development, marketing, and other key functions to drive scalable success

 

 

HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE YOUR STRENGTHS WITH US:

 

  • You bring several years of experience in B2B sales and have a proven track record in acquiring new clients for IT services—ideally in QA or Cybersecurity

  • You understand how to sell complex service offerings and are comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers

  • You’re customer-focused, proactive, accountable, and work in a structured and reliable way

  • You’re proficient in using MS Office and CRM tools as part of your daily workflow

  • Traveling is part of your rhythm – you enjoy being on the road and meeting clients face to face.

  • You speak fluent German (C1) and are confident communicating in business-level English.
