As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing and steering our sales strategy for Switzerland. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers, providing them with comprehensive advice on our products and services. Through your market analyses and competitive observations, you will identify opportunities and support the growth of our company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Development and implementation of the sales strategy for Switzerland
- Acquisition of new clients (primarily) and management of existing customer relationships
- Advising clients on our products and servicesCreation of proposals and contracts
- Conducting product presentationsRepresenting our company by attending trade fairs and events
- Market observation and competitive analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities
- Collaboration with Business Development and Marketing/Communication departments
QUALIFICATIONS
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in sales, ideally in consulting/services
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High customer and service orientationIndependent, structured, and goal-oriented work style
- Willingness to travel and flexibility (frequent client contact, preferably on-site)
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Fluent in both German and English
