Test Lead

Plan, organize and execute testing activities to ensure the quality of software products throughout the development process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Examples of tasks:

Identify what to test and determine the extent of testing based on business benefits.
Develop a comprehensive test strategy and test plan covering all test levels, from system tests to acceptance tests and regression tests.
Lead the test/QA team.
Select appropriate testing methodologies.
Provide recommendations on test automation.
Coordinate, prioritize, and communicate test activities.
Report status, current risks, and recommended actions at both operational and strategic levels.

You are determined, confident in delivery and have no problem taking the lead.
