Test Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES

Examples of tasks:

• Identify what to test and determine the extent of testing based on business benefits.
• Develop a comprehensive test strategy and test plan covering all test levels, from system tests to acceptance tests and regression tests.
• Lead the test/QA team.
• Select appropriate testing methodologies.
• Provide recommendations on test automation.
• Coordinate, prioritize, and communicate test activities.
• Report status, current risks, and recommended actions at both operational and strategic levels.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are a curious, focused and courageous person with a strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills. You have a coaching approach, actively listening and enthusing people. You have the ability to create a common will and power to implement changes where needed. You like to challenge yourself and others. You are determined, confident in delivery and have no problem taking the lead.

You enjoy collaborating with others and have a genuine interest in building relationships with the people you meet. You value opportunities to exchange experiences, expand your network, observe different approaches, provide support on specific issues, and grow within the group.

• Possess strong proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Have a minimum of 5 years experience in coaching and leading teams.
