QESTIT France obtains 93/100 in the gender equality index

 

Committed to gender equality, QESTIT is pursuing its equity policy with a score for our French division that increases year after year.

Each year, in accordance with French legislation, companies with at least 50 employees must publish an index of equal pay for men and women in-house. This 100-point index is calculated according to the following criteria:

 

  • Gender pay gap,
  • Rate of individual increases,
  • Percentage of female employees who received a raise in the year following their return from maternity leave
  • Number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 highest paid employees
