Our becoming

A dedication to quality spanning decades

Our journey began in Paris in 1998, but our shared vision—embraced by the entities that merged—quickly gained momentum, extending far beyond borders to reach Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Sweden, and Egypt. Along the way, we honed our expertise, built enduring partnerships, and consistently reinforced the foundation of our success: our employees. Together, we brought a unified vision to life, creating a thriving and dynamic global community.

Our beginning

In 1998, ACIAL was founded and opened its Paris office, marking the company's first milestone. Growth in the French-speaking market followed with new offices in Nantes, Geneva, Lille, and Lyon, bringing us closer to our clients. In 2013, we expanded our services by establishing the Testing University.

Paving the way for future growth with QCENTRIS

In 2011, another milestone was reached when QCENTRIS opened its doors in Switzerland and Germany.

Borders were no limitation. In the following years, QCENTRIS expanded internationally, establishing offices in Austria, Egypt, Sweden, and Ukraine, allowing us to offer our services globally.

Empowering with knowledge

Continuous learning is essential in the QA field. Recognizing this, we took the initiative to establish our own QA training center, soon to be known as QESTIT Academy. Initially addressed to the French market, it became international. Accredited to deliver exams and ISTQB certifications, the academy is designed to empower our employees and support clients in enhancing their skills and expertise.

ACIAL and QCENTRIS merge

Our paths crossed in March 2021, and we immediately recognized the incredible synergy between our joint skills, expertise, experience, and the drive of our motivated teams. Inspired by this alignment, we made the strategic decision to merge, combining our strengths to create a unified entity poised for greater innovation, growth, and success.

A new chapter begins as QESTIT

We've taken the next logical step and united to form the group we are today: QESTIT, as of June 2022. Simultaneously, we've also launched another entity within the group, specializing in Software Development: Xtoniq Soft.

Expanding our expertise in the Nordics with ADDQ

Following our ambition to expand our position in the Nordics markets, we continued to grow.

In September 2022, we welcomed another member into our fold: Swedish entity ADDQ joined us, enriching our group even further.

Solidifying our presence in Germany

In September 2023, Vogt + Partner, testing experts from Berlin, Germany, joined our Group, enhancing our presence in Germany and bringing us even closer to our clients.

XTONIQ Soft becomes an independent entity

After years of collaboration and growth within QESTIT Group, XTONIQ SOFT, our subsidiary dedicated to software development, stepped forward as an independent entity owned by its CEO, Emo Ninier. This milestone reflects our shared vision to stay ahead of evolving market trends by focusing on our core expertise - advanced QA with emphasis on AI-driven testing, cybersecurity for QESTIT and software development for XTONIQ.
