About the Role
As a Management Consultant Test Automation Engineer, you take on the technical management of test automation teams, create tailored test automation concepts and own the selection of the right tools to drive client projects forward as sub-project lead and lead engineer.

Responsibilities
- You carry technical responsibility in the project and lead our test automation teams.
- Designing and building test automation architectures falls within your area of responsibility.
- In your role as Lead Test Automation Engineer, you also take on sub-project leads and project management tasks.
- Through tool evaluations, you select the right test automation solutions for the project.
- You create tailored test automation concepts for our client projects.
Qualifications
- Your expertise includes 8 years in software testing, ideally in implementing automated tests.
- You have solid domain knowledge in banking and/or insurance.
- In addition, you bring advanced skills in at least four test automation tools such as TOSCA, Selenium, SoapUI, Ranorex or similar.
- Programming experience in languages such as Java, C#, C++, Groovy Script or comparable technologies is part of your toolbox.
- Your trolley is always ready to roll, and you are happy to use it regularly for business trips.
- With business fluent German language skills (C1) and ISTQB certification, you fulfil two key requirements for a successful start with us.
