About the Role
As a Senior Consultant Cybersecurity, you are part of the core team with which we continue to build our cybersecurity team in Germany, and you contribute your expertise in one or more of our focus areas to support both operational delivery and the further development of our portfolio.
With 18 offices across 7 countries and over 900 employees, we offer you the opportunity to work on exciting projects with prestigious clients. We promote your professional and personal development from day one and offer flexible working hours as well as the option to work remotely. Our corporate culture is familial, open, and appreciative, providing plenty of room for your personal development.
Responsibilities

You advise on governance, compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA, NIS2, ISO 27001), prepare audits and convey the key areas for action to decision-makers in workshops.

In offensive security, you plan and conduct penetration tests, steer vulnerability management and carry out re-tests exclusively within the EU.

Within the secure SDLC, you support projects with architecture reviews, secure coding coaching, security checks in CI/CD pipelines and SAST and DAST analyses.
-
You work on projects in highly regulated and security-critical sectors (finance, critical infrastructure, public administration), collaborating in an international delivery model with our teams in DACH, Sweden and Egypt.
-
By creating methods, templates and best practices, you lay the foundation for a sustainable and efficient way of working in our new cybersecurity practice.
-
Pre-sales support, from preparing proposals and scoping to client presentations, also falls within your area of responsibility.
Qualifications
-
You have successfully completed a degree in computer science or business informatics, or can demonstrate comparable training.
-
In security advisory, offensive security or secure SDLC, you've built up in-depth experience over the years.

-
With your quick grasp, strategic thinking and analytical skills, you master complex challenges.
-
You stand out for your strong communication skills and explain technical content clearly, including at management level.
-
Your trolley is always ready to roll, and you are happy to use it regularly for business trips.

Very good German language skills (C1), business fluent English and a clean certificate of good conduct are three key requirements for a successful start with us.
