ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Building a Reliable and Inclusive Digital Experience for all

As a quality assurance company, ensuring reliability and a seamless user experience is at the core of what we do. But delivering true quality also means ensuring accessibility — creating a website that works for everyone, including users who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technologies. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to, and it’s what we continuously strive to meet on our own website.

Over the past few months, we’ve taken significant steps to improve our site’s accessibility. Our assessment evaluated key usability elements such as consistent navigation across pages, accessible header and footer structures, and sufficient color contrast in most areas.

As of June 2025, this work is still ongoing. We remain fully committed to addressing remaining gaps and continuously improving the accessibility of our digital platform to ensure a truly inclusive user experience.

Accessibility Audit Overview

From March to May 2025, our UX design and accessibility team conducted a full audit of our website, based on WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. The goal was to assess our compliance and identify areas for ongoing improvement.

Each page and major section in the scope mentionned below, was evaluated using the four WCAG principles:

  • Perceivable (infomation must be presented in ways users can perceive)
  • Operable (users must be able to operate the interface regardless of their input method)
  • Understanble (content and interfaces must be easy to understand)
  • Robust (content must work reliably with assistive technologies and future platforms)

Audit Results Summary

Our website is currently partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.

The non-compliant areas (In progress)

  • Some images are missing alternative text, or are decorative but not marked appropriately. We are now adding accurate alt attributes to all images site-wide.
  • Our language switch feature is currently not accessible by keyboard. We are correcting this and have also implemented geotargeting to improve the user experience.
  • Language changes within the content is not programmatically identified. We will correct this by properly tagging language changes.
  • The homepage hero slider doesn't have a pause functionality

The partially compliant areas

  • Low contrast in some UI elements, which we’re reviewing and adjusting

  • Some link labels are not descriptive enough for assistive technology

  • Links are styled using red text without underline or bold,
  • Videos were outside audit scope, but hosted on YouTube with closed captions

The not applicable criteria

Features such as session timeouts or adjustable timing are not present on our website, making certain WCAG criteria non-applicable.

Scope

The scope of our accessibility assessment covered key areas of the website, including layout structure, interactive elements, and content presentation.
