We, within QESTIT, try to get to know you and your project first, so that we can guide you to the most appropriate mission and help you thrive.

At QESTIT we love food, so our recruiting managers added inputs about what dish or dessert they would be. It will give you keys on their character.

I have a background as QA coach and Agile coach with experience from both automotive and IT. I love helping people and organizations on their path to success.
As a dish, I think I would be a bowl of ramen – a fantastic flavorful dish that can be both super easy and extremely complex and advanced.

I am a person who loves helping others achieve their goals and personal development.
My mission is to help customers succeed with their quality and development.
If I were a dessert, I think I would be a cake.

I am basically responsible for recruiting employees for QESTIT Switzerland. Just like Zeynep Can; the same position and the same recruiting process for Switzerland. I've been in this market for several years now.
If I were a meal? I think I would be a slice of a strawberry cake.

I am in charge of looking for new talents, but also of recruitment and qualification. If I were a dessert, I'd say tiramisu: it has a sweetness that represents my kindness, zest for life. But it also has a strong side, representing certain experiences that have shaped me, my determination and my strength of character.

I have two fantastics daughters, a wife, I live in a house in the suburbs of Malmö and I drive Volvos, basically the Swedish dream! I tend to work with humour and sarcasm in mind, always have, always will. As a dessert, I would be a fruit salad. Just as a fruit salad is a fantastic combination of different fruits, I am a combination of different types of experiences, knowledge and information acquired over my sweet years on this earth.

My mission: to find great personalities for key assignments. I am passionate about change management and what makes people work together; something that is particulary important when looking for great employees. If I were a dish, I would be the dessert Eton Mess: an English traditionnal dessert composed of strawberries, meringue and whipped cream.

I am handling all employee related matters and oversee the administrative and organizational functions of the human capital in the company. As a dish I would be pasta red sauce and breaded fired chicken with a bowl of salad 😊

Hi, I am Tatjana, my mission is to ensure a work environment where all our employees feel comfortable and well taken care of. If I were a dish, I'd probably be a box of mixed Pralinés – at first glance, you might not always know what you get but you can expect it to be something really sweet.

I connect our Swiss Staff and support our Global Staff with projects abroad. I look for new talents for the German, French as well as Egyptian market. I'm also responsible for the hiring and onboarding process. What would I be if I were a dish? A San Sebastian Cheese cake with Pistachio sauce topping.

I work in Munich as a teamlead recruiting. My main role is to manage the recruitment process and ensure that the team achieves its objectives in hiring qualified talent for the company. If I were a dish or a dessert, I think I would be a chocolate souffle.
