RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Test Lead and part of the Information Systems Department, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Draft the overall testing strategy: unit tests, integration tests, organization of campaigns, etc.
- Identify and manage prerequisites: data, environments, etc.
- Estimate test load
- Write and execute sprint tests
- Support employees in charge of automation
- Manage the QA team (planning, follow-up, reporting)
- Supervise end-to-end system quality
- Alert and escalate any project/product risks to Project Management
QUALIFICATIONS
As a Test Lead, you are a self-starter and a good teacher. You have strong analytical and synthetic skills. Some of the secret ingredients we're looking for:
- Significant agile experience
- At least ISTQB® Foundation or Advanced certification
- A technical background
- Ability to lead a team (both managerial and interpersonal)
