RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • As the leader of the HR department, you are responsible for both the professional and disciplinary management of your team.
  • You manage all aspects of recruitment, personnel administration, and talent development, ensuring comprehensive HR oversight.
  • It is your duty to develop and implement a holistic HR strategy that aligns with our business goals and supports our growth.
  • You take charge of developing and executing employee growth strategies on your own initiative.
  • You offer guidance and training to our managers on labor law and employee management.
  • It's your responsibility to ensure that all compliance and labor law regulations are properly followed.
  • You lead strategic and complex HR projects, applying your expertise to their successful execution.
  • Working with international peers, you help align and unify our HR structures within the DACH area.
  • You collaborate closely with the executive team to coordinate and advance HR initiatives.

 

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • You have a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Law with a focus on HR, or a comparable qualification.
  • With over 10 years of experience in a comprehensive HR role  (recruitment, HR management, employee development), you see HR not just as a job, but as a passion.
  • Ideally, you bring at least 3 years of experience in an HR leadership position.
  • Your background includes strong expertise in labor law, ideally, with a good understanding of payroll tax and social security regulations.
  • Managing projects on top of daily business comes naturally to you, reflecting your ability to balance multiple priorities with ease.
  • As a natural organizer, you work methodically and dependably, with outstanding communication skills in both German and English.
  • Your proactive and dedicated approach is fueled by the happiness and satisfaction of your team members.
