RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing travel arrangements and expense management for Senior Management
- Ongoing ordering and administration of office and marketing items
- Managing daily mail tasks, including scanning invoices for finance
- Monitoring leave and sick days, managing payroll data in the HR system
- Managing work permits, coordinating deployments, and ensuring regulatory compliance

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field or successfully completed commercial training in the field of HR management
- Ideally, experience in recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on active sourcing
- Proficient use of MS Office and an affinity for technical topics
- Strong communication skills, proactive and structured working method
- Excellent German and English language skills
