Senior UX/Service Designer

We are looking for you who want to help customers move forward with their UX and service design! You understand the importance of a structured work with UX and are dedicated to improving the design process in product development.

You inspire others and is engaged to help customers and colleagues move forward, as well as the ability to see the business value at our customers. You are an expert in your field and we can offer you a work environment where you will develop further with us. As part of our already strong team in UX and as a consultant at our customers, it is important that you sort out both large and small problems in the everyday life.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the UX and service design efforts for our clients.
• Coach teams and organizations in adopting a structured approach to UX.
• Develop strategies and establish conditions for high-quality UX work.
• Provide education on UX methodology internally at QESTIT, during consulting assignments, and at universities.
• Drive forward UX and service design initiatives, ensuring the work is future-proofed at both strategic and operational levels.
• Contribute to shaping our internal culture and advancing QESTIT's capabilities in UX.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have several years of experience working with UX in product development.
• You hold a relevant education in the field.
• You communicate effectively with development teams, stakeholders, management, and customers.
• You are fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• You are detail-oriented and dedicated to exceeding customer expectations.
• You are curious and actively pursue your personal development.
