AI Solutions Architect

For our growing AI department, we are seeking an AI Solutions Architect with extensive experience in Basic RAG, LLM architectures, embeddings, neural networks, Python, and testing processes, who also has a strong customer focus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Development of our AI assistant and creation of other AI products
• Design and implementation of scalable AI infrastructures that meet increasing user demands
• Ensuring compliance with data protection and security standards in the development and implementation of AI solutions
• Monitoring the performance and accuracy of developed AI models and implementing optimizations and improvements
• Expansion of the end-to-end test automation workflow, including hardcoding approaches and the use of various AI assistants for automated batch processing
• Building a RAG architecture
• Development of an internal CustomGPT system

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Basic RAG (e.g., Mistral AI, Open Source AI), LLM architectures, embeddings, neural networks, and interface integrations
• Skills in Python, JIRA API integration, OpenAI API integration, Selenium for Web, HTML/JSON, and XML import/export
• Extensive background in testing processes and test execution
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
• Willingness to travel and flexibility (high customer contact rate, preferably on-site)
• Fluent in German and English
