AI Solutions Architect

For our growing AI department, we are seeking an AI Solutions Architect with extensive experience in Basic RAG, LLM architectures, embeddings, neural networks, Python, and testing processes, who also has a strong customer focus.

These tasks await you with us:

• As an AI Solutions Architect, you play a key role in evolving our AI assistant and shaping new AI-driven products across multiple use cases.
• You design and build scalable AI infrastructures that grow with user needs and performance expectations.
• You ensure full compliance with data privacy and security standards throughout every phase of development.
• By monitoring model accuracy and performance, you identify and implement targeted improvements.
• You’ll also lead the development of automated end-to-end testing workflows – from hands-on coding to leveraging AI assistants for smart batch processing.
• With room to innovate, you’ll shape our RAG architecture and contribute to building an internal CustomGPT tailored to our needs.

HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE YOUR STRENGTHS WITH US:

• You bring hands-on experience with foundational RAG concepts (e.g. Mistral AI, open-source LLMs), embeddings, neural networks, and interface integrations that you apply directly in our projects.
• You’re confident working with Python, integrating APIs like JIRA and OpenAI, and navigating formats such as HTML, JSON, and XML.
• Your deep understanding of testing processes and execution is instrumental to the success of our AI solutions.
• Clear communication, strong negotiation skills, and a service-driven mindset help you build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• You’re known for your independent, structured, and goal-focused approach – especially in technically complex settings.
• When needed, you’re ready to meet clients face-to-face because strong collaboration starts with direct interaction.
• C1-level German language skills are a key requirement for a successful start with us.
